susan, lady carbery (anne mee, 1795)


lord carbery married susan, natural daughter , heiress of colonel henry watson, in 1792. watson had left fortune made chief engineer east india company. wealth offered possibility of repairing encumbered estate, had agree marriage settlement granting jointure of £2,000 per year; not keep own fortune receive english estates if died without issue her.


they had no children.


he died in december 1804, aged 38, bursting of blood-vessel @ reddish s hotel in london. succeeded in barony uncle, john evans. lady carbery later remarried , died in october 1828.
