concord resumed patrol on station in august 1898, returned philippines on 19 december assist in putting down insurrection. duty consisted of patrolling coast restrict insurgent movements , shipping; bombarding various strongholds; , aiding united states army operations. except voyage guam in march 1900 deliver stores, , brief voyage hong kong repairs, concord remained in philippine waters until june 1901, when sailed way of alaskan waters san francisco, arriving 28 september 1901. cruised fleet in mexican waters, went out of commission on 26 february 1902 @ mare island.

recommissioned on 15 june 1903 concord operated along north american coast alaska panama , hawaii , alaska until decommissioned @ bremerton, washington, on 25 august 1904. concord commissioned again on 16 september 1905 , sailed bremerton on 24 december 1905 operations in philippines. remaining there until march 1906, concord sailed china. until 1908 remained in far east serving @ times on yangtze patrol , station ship @ shanghai , canton.

concord served station ship @ guam 2 january 10 september 1909, sailed puget sound navy yard arrived on 11 october.

she decommissioned final time on 4 november 1909, , assigned barracks ship washington naval militia @ seattle. transferred public health service of treasury department on 15 june 1914 , served stationary quarantine barge @ astoria, oregon. returned naval custody on 19 march 1929, sold on 28 june 1929.
