jessica marais, plays rachel rafter, announced on 15 february 2011 fourth season last season of packed rafters. final episode announced air sometime in june or july 2011, new episodes had yet air. series returned 23 august 2011 marais final episode. marais departure due desire head in hopes of securing work during pilot season. marais has filmed few scenes via skype last episode of season 4.
