the inujima art project (犬島アートプロジェクト) rehabilitation project covering entire island naoshima fukutake art museum foundation, project of benesse corporation. opened public in april 2008. first phase of project turn old seirensho refinery model of contemporary architecture , art recycle japanese industrial heritage. coordinated efforts of architect hiroshi sambuichi , yukinori yanagi collaborated architect in artwork, , faculty of environmental science , technology @ okayama university.
