the original design proposed 2 towers. building have featured ten-storey podium, 2 towers on top. taller tower have been (including podium) 60 storeys , 196.5 m tall. shorter tower (including podium) have been 20 stories , 74.5 m tall.


in february 2012, toronto city council approved three-storey increase 78 floors, meaning aura canada s tallest residential building (as taller tridel s 75-storey ten york condo project.


the lower floors of building occupied while upper floors still being constructed. floors 1-31 opened occupancy in fall 2013, while floors 32-80 still bare concrete. second set of floors, 32 57, occupied in spring 2014. final phase, floors 58-80, expected completed in december 2014.
