the project includes 6,900 car parking garage , several support structures including clark county fire station #32. architect of record winston henderson associates. tishman construction construction manager. tooles contracting group general contractor. station opened on december 10, 2009.

siemens designed , built $100 million 9 mw (12,000 hp) central energy plant power, cool, , provide hot water citycenter.

the aria express (formerly , known citycenter tram) tram connects crystals monte carlo south , bellagio north. uses cable liner technology dcc doppelmayr cable car (dcc), , has 2 independent rope-hauled parallel tracks , four-car passenger unit operating on each track. tram began operations on december 1, 2009, replacing existing tram linked bellagio monte carlo. 2,100-foot (640 m) long elevated track can handle 3,266 passengers per hour in each direction. loaded tram can hold 132 passengers.
