tamid’s education program designed first formal exposure business concepts israeli economy new members , build sense of kavanah (genuine interest) amongst new members in space. once completing first semester of education, new members able select consulting track or investment track (or both) , continue engagement in organization.

fund

in 2010 tamid members raised money launch tamid investment fund. fund meets on weekly basis during semester, during student teams provide market updates, pitch stocks , vote on whether pitch worthy of pursuing investment. fund intended improve students financial literacy , give students exposure israeli industries , securities. currently, fund operating simulation while new, national investment strategy can created.


consulting

tamid consulting student-run consulting practice students work israeli companies on various projects in us. members assigned teams work on consulting projects israeli company. students work in small teams of 5-6 students on projects respective company. consulting teams work in close contact startup companies , present deliverables start-up @ conclusion of semester. past projects include, market research, strategies, , analysis product research , analysis. tamid consulting teams have worked on projects top israeli start-ups including: samba.me, onavo, wix, zula, , billguard.


fellowship

the tamid fellowship 8-week summer internship program provides outstanding tamid leaders opportunity work fast-growing startups , high-profile multinational companies in israel. tamid fellows live , collaborate peers other top universities in fun , challenging environment complete travel within israel, beaches, delicious food, , networking within startup community in tel aviv. applicants must active members @ 1 of tamid s 30 campus chapters. experience heavily subsidized, flights, housing, , additional programming costs covered organization. tamid fellows have interned in variety of industries including finance, software, venture capital, energy, , more. past companies students have interned @ include, onavo, idc elevator, psagot investment house, asquith israel merchant bank, portland trust, giza venture capital, upwest labs, ourcrowd, grove ventures, , deloitte, among many other companies. upon returning school, tamid expects fellows prepared leadership positions in organization.
