the structure of best divided 3 different levels: local, regional , international. each 1 of 95 local best groups (lbgs) represents organisation locally in university belong. in order have more effective communication between lbgs , international best, 95 lbgs divided 11 regions coordinated regional advisers. finally, there international team of best consists of 10 different departments. whole organisation operates under international board of best.
