the replays of asian olympic qualification ordered after manipiulations in first tournaments of women , men both won korea. in original tournaments kuwait (men) , kazakhstan (women) had won. asian federation (ahf) still not recognize order ihf , insists on original decision in first tournaments. ihf , ahf have agreed refer issue court of arbitration sport (cas) assure speedy resolution conflict prior olympic qualification tournaments final ruling binding parties. cas panel ruled resolutions adopted ihf council in paris invalid, being in breach own rules , without ahf having been in proper opportunity heard. required terms of arbitration agreement, cas panel considered issues de novo in order settle dispute definitively. on basis of evidence submitted, arbitrators unanimously held results of men s olympic qualification tournament held in september 2007 should annulled , results of replayed tournament held on 30 january 2008 valid. furthermore cas panel confirmed results of women s tournament held in august 2007.
