Baseball Atlantic Coast Conference



the acc has won college world series twice: virginia cavaliers in 2015 , wake forest in 1955. however, current conference schools have won 6 times, including 4 titles miami before joining acc. in addition, south carolina has won cws twice since leaving acc. member schools have appeared in college world series combined total of 93 times. in 2013, acc ranked top baseball conference rating percentage index (rpi) , has consistently ranked among top 3 conference measure on past 5 years. in 2013, 8 acc teams, plus future acc member louisville, selected play in 2013 ncaa division baseball tournament, north carolina, north carolina state, , louisville advancing college world series.


acc baseball divided 2 divisions, atlantic division , coastal division, parallel divisions of acc football except fact syracuse acc school not field baseball team , notre dame assigned atlantic division. louisville replaced maryland in atlantic division beginning 2015 season.
